SOLD OUT - Modular/Affordable Housing Tour

Suffolk Construction is demonstrating how a prefabricated, modular building approach is able to bring economy, speed, and quality to an affordable housing project at 6th and San Julian Streets in DTLA. This is a 6-story, 94-unit housing project priced for low and very-low income households with 1800 s.f. of ground-floor commercial space.

Personal Protection Equipment (hard hats, safety vests and safety shoes) are required – everyone is encouraged to bring their own. Please contact the chapter if you do not have your own PPE.

Parking will be available at a secure lot at 636 Maple Avenue, two blocks from the project site. Meet at the corner of 6th and San Julian. Carpooling is recommended.
