About the event

Our December program features Mac Bell, Managing Director of Fengate Infrastructure Investments – one of the premier developers in the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) realm.

A Public-private partnership (PPP) is often defined as a long-term contract between a private party and a government agency for providing a public asset or service, in which the private party bears significant risk and management responsibility.  PPP has been a popular procurement method for public sector projects in Canada, so some of the most prominent PPP developers in the US are Canadian firms, such as Fengate.

Mac Bell will describe the role of PPP developers and cite the LAX ConRAC project as an example.  This program will be followed in January with a presentation of the ConRAC project and panel discussion involving the key ConRAC design and construction team members.
